Handling of toggle status from BUILD->ACTIVE->BUILD->ACTIVE

  • Should we write a file to the guest to handle when prepare is called or write to nova metadata?

  • Refactor guest code to allow more information into set status besides just state

  • Could add info about who called set status

  • Need to handle the guest heartbeat and restarting trove-guest
