Taste Japanese market food, drink local artisanal beer, meet sake brewers and enjoy their product. Make sure to join us early to not miss out on any part of the fantastic program we have arranged for you.
Busses will be provided for transportation from the Conference Centre at the Grand Prince New Takanawa Hotel to Happo-En and will leave from 6:45 pm, going direct to the venue with no stops. Bus service to the venue will continue until 11:30 pm.
If you are local and do not want to take the busses, feel free to join us at 7:00 pm at Happo-En on 1 Chome-1-1, Shirokanedai, Minato, Tokyo 108-0071.
Your Summit badge or Summit registration will be required for entry.
Please note that space at the venue is limited and the evening will be run on a first-come-first-served basis. We might have to temporarily close access to guests if the venue reaches capacity.
Return transportation will be provided to the Conference Centre via shuttle bus service from 7:00 pm to 12:30 am.
Please contact the event organiser if you require access for more than one guest. Guests will need to be accompanied by a registered conference attendee.
