Translation and Development: How Do They Work Together?
In the Liberty release, we redefined the string freeze. We split it in to two distinct time frames, the soft string freeze and hard string freeze and now we would like to gather feedback from both translators and developers. API Working Group Liberty Cycle Roundup
Join the API working group to discuss the progress made during the 
Liberty cycle including guidelines that have merged, cross project 
interactions and a retrospective on what has worked well and where 
things could be improved. We'll follow this with discussion of 
future plans, especially with regard to promoting guideline usage 
and getting more people enaged in the group. Any remaining time will 
be devoted to open discussion and meeting other people interested in 
improving OpenStack's APIs.
